Meet the Doctor
Dr. Sarah Wallis Karnish, DDS, MDS—known to patients as Dr. Sarah—is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Oklahoma native.
She began her dental career as a hygienist before earning her dental degree from the University of Oklahoma, where she now teaches as a clinical professor in the predoctora. Dr. Sarah completed her pediatric residency and Master of Dental Science at the University of Tennessee, serving as Chief Resident and providing care at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She’s highly trained in child development, special needs care, sedation, trauma, and preventive dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Sarah enjoys life with her husband Kyle, their daughters, and three fur babies—and loves cheering on the OKC Thunder.

Meet Teddy, our sweet four-legged employee and therapy pup!
He's a mini Goldendoodle and excited to help our patients enjoy a pawsitive experience while visiting Midtown Pediatric Dentistry. Teddy’s job is to create a fun and comfortable environment. When he's not in his designated office, he'll be on a leash with a trained handler by his side for patients who may feel nervous around dogs.
